Our Beginning
How It All Began
Staccato Coffee House began in March 2021. At just 17 years old, Jasmine launched Staccato as a curbside and delivery coffee business from her home in Mission, TX. She delivered to many throughout the community, including staff at Mission Hospital, Mission Parks and Recreation, the Mission Police Department, and numerous local residents.
In late 2021, Jasmine and Tom were married and moved to McAllen, TX. Soon after, they expanded Staccato into a catering business. For nearly four years, Staccato provided catering services for weddings, parties, meetings, family gatherings, and other special events.
In June 2025, Staccato was given the opportunity to grow even further into the coffee shop Jasmine had always dreamed of opening. She had long envisioned creating a space that would bring the community together through coffee, books, and vinyl records. Through dedication and hard work, that dream became a reality. Staccato Coffee House continues to serve as a welcoming place for connection and community. Thank you for being a part of the Staccato Coffee House journey.
